What should I do to prepare for my cleaning? We kindly ask that you tidy up as much as possible. This will provide us with the maximum amount of time to thoroughly service your home.
Do I need to be home while my house is being serviced? This is your choice! Most clients prefer not to be home while we clean. If you will not be present, we ask that you provide us with a way of entry. This can be a garage code, spare key that we will safely store or door code. Only owner/manager has access to spare keys. In the event our professionals are locked out of your home on the day of service we must charge the full price of the service scheduled.
What is your cancellation policy? Life is busy and we understand unforseen circumstances occur on occasion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you know you must cancel or reschedule. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation inside of 24 hours is subject to a $50 late cancellation fee or up to 100% of your scheduled cleaning fee. Accessive cancelling/rescheduling will be subject to discontinuation of services.
What if I am not 100% satisfied with my service? We strive for consistent, quality cleanings! If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours. We will gladly work with you to find a solution. We appreciate your feedback as an opportunity to improve or services.
Do I need to provide any cleaning products or supplies? We will provide our own natural, eco-friendly cleaning products and equiptment. If there is a specific product you would like us to use, then we kindly ask that it be supplied for us. We do not like to transport toilet brushes for sanitary purposes. Please provide a toilet brush for us to use. One can be supplied for an additional cost. We have our own hypoallerenic vaccuums, but if you would like us to use your vaccuum we will gladly do so. Please discuss this before your scheduled cleaning and leave out for us in a visible place.
What is not covered in our services? During your friendly, in-home consultation, we will discuss all areas to be covered under our services.
